- Mobile should have internet access and sufficient charge in the battery for generating the QR ticket.
- Ticket once generated is valid for the same business day only, i.e., till the end time of operational hours of Maha Mumbai Metro Operation Corporation Limited.
- Only one person can travel with one valid QR ticket. QR ticket is valid for only one authorized trip only, and it automatically expires at the end of operational hours.
- For both - SJT and RJT, no refund or cancellations is allowed once purchased through Mobile application.
- For over traveling, beyond “Destination” station, exit will be allowed post paying the difference of fare.
- Passenger can exit at any station within the ticket fare limit by approaching the Customer Care Officer deployed near exit gate.
