WhatsApp Ticketing

Maha Mumbai Metro launches WhatsApp ticketing.
It allows the daily commuters of Maha Mumbai Metro to book tickets through WhatsApp. Make payments through Bank card and UPI.
It helps commuters to save their timing waiting at the counters

Mumbai 1 (NCMC) Card

Mumbai 1 (NCMC) card inaugurated by Hon’ble prime minister on 19-01-2023 which provides a seamless travelling experience on Metro line 01, 2A and 07. In addition, passengers can use the card in other transit system too.

Mumbai 1 Ticketing App

Mumbai 1 is a Maha Mumbai Metro’s official mobile ticketing application which allows the daily metro travellers to book unreserved tickets of Maha Mumbai Metro using their Smartphone. It allows you to book tickets, make payments, view information about current and past booking, marking favourite journey ticket.

Paper QR tickets

Maha Mumbai Metro multiple ticket options, such as

SJT (Single Journey Ticket)
- For one way commute. Passenger’s need to use it within 60 minutes from the time of issuance
RJT (Return Journey Ticket)
- Ticket No. 1 needs to be for undertaking first leg of journey
- Ticket No. 2 needs to be for undertaking second leg of journey
- Ticket No. 2 can be used till the last operational train
- No refund will be provided if one of leg of the journey is used
Group Ticket
- Recommended for a group of travelers ranging from 15 to 250 commuters
Bulk Ticket
- Individual tickets for commuters ranging from 20 to 250
